Full terms of service for Citeworthy are being finalised separately. This page is a placeholder and will be replaced with the final terms before general availability. One term is settled and applies now: the payment and refunds policy below.

Citeworthy is operated by CITEWORTHY LTD, registered in England and Wales. Company number 17381854. Registered office: Suite RA01, 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU.

Payment and refunds

Audits and re-audits are one-time purchases, paid in full before the audit runs. Once an audit report has been delivered, the purchase is final: we do not offer refunds. The report, its evidence and its findings are delivered in full at that point, so there is no partial or unused portion of the service left to refund.

If an audit fails to run or a payment was taken in error, contact support@citeworthy.com and we will resolve it.
